Shipping and Returns Policy

as items are specifically customised some may take longer than others.  Aim is to ship within 14 days from order.  Item are sent via suitable methods for order and tracking number will be added.

There is no charge for collection or local delivery as agreed upon ordering

Any product that is defective and not showing signs of misuse can be replaced.  You must send in writing and add photographs via the contact page.  A refund or replacement will then be discussed.

All personalised items are not refundable unless error is due to Willow Designs.  All personalisation grammar and spelling is the customers responsibility and Willow Designs is not liable for any errors.
